About Us - Fundraising

At The Riverina Anglican College there are numerous activities and opportunities where students are engaged in providing a service where they demonstrate kindness and generosity, such as; regular donations of blood,  making meals at the Wagga Community Kitchen, coaching sports teams, assisting at the Base Hospital Op Shop, supporting the Solomon reading program, donating to care packages for troops, volunteering at Riding for the Disabled, being a church group leader, supporting the Smith Family Reading Program, donating to Kidney Health, MND, Give Me 5 for Kids, Shave for a Cure, and supporting the Children's Medical Research Institute Fair and Kurrajong Waratah Race Day, and this is a short list of how our College community gives generously.

Our students involved in the Duke of Edinburgh Award sell lunches regularly at school to assist them with major expedition costs.

Pies are also sold at lunch time one day a week to raise money for our Kokoda Trail expeditions.

There are also various fundraisers each Term including the Cake Auction and Mufti Days. Money raised goes to charities including the Cancer Council, Anglicare Christmas Appeal and various causes nominated by students.
