Enrolments - Junior School (K-6) Update

For the commencement of the Junior School (K – 6) in is an exciting time for The Riverina Anglican College.

The Site

The new Junior School will be located on the far eastern side of the College campus, facing Farrer Road.

The Building

The design process for the new Junior School commenced in 2019 in collaboration with architects, KLMS - education building specialists, board members and staff.

Building commenced in February 2020 and is project managed off-site in Victoria. The benefits of the build taking place in a controlled environment has allowed for minimal delays, and less disruption to the daily operation of our College.

Our new Junior School has been designed to suit the needs of our 21st century learners.

Building Features - Stage 1 (Completed in 2020)

The Junior School will provide a contemporary, functional and welcoming environment for young minds to explore their potential, begin their faith journey and achieve their best.

The initial development comprises four classrooms and a multi-purpose learning space as a central feature. New stages will be built in subsequent years.

Additional features include deck areas, wet areas to classrooms, feature entry, staff room, clinic room, reception area, student toilets with change-room amenities.

Additional Upgrades

As part of the College’s Master Plan upgrades will include the addition of new parking facilities, access driveways and fencing will provide safe access and an overall upgrade to the current surroundings.

Landscaping will provide a peaceful visual connection with the rural surroundings to the south of the Junior School where it overlooks our agriculture grazing paddocks and facilities.

Playground equipment will be specifically designed and installed to extend the learning fields for the development of the social and physical skills of the students.

Enrolling your child at school is an important decision for your family. The Riverina Anglican College educates our students to become lifelong learners and inspired by Christian purpose, to serve the world.
